Ordering Ordering is by credit card via the secure online checkout. This process involves you entering personal details. There is no minimum order on goods but make your purchase worth the freight.
Prices All prices are in Australian Dollars (AU) and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax. Overseas orders are GST exempt. Precious Papers reserves the right to alter prices without notification.
Refunds No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. The order will be considered final.
Delivery All goods are sent via Australia Post and are insured to eliminate online fraud claims. Precious Papers takes all care in packaging your wedding invitation stationery and other goods so they reach you in perfect condition. Precious Papers takes no responsibility or accepts no liability for damage caused by third parties. Postage and handling fees are subject to change.
Delivery Times On stock items: once ordered allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your goods. Stock outs rarely occur, but in the event of one happening notification will be made via email.
On handmade items: due to their handmade nature, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your goods.
Lead Times on Wedding Invitation Stationery Once ordered and proofs are approved, please allow 3-4 weeks for construction and delivery of your wedding invitation stationery.
Proofs A proof of your wedding invitation stationery will be forwarded to you in 5-7 working days, after your order and payment have been received. Precious Papers has provision for 2 alterations to wording and spelling, any further changes will incur a surcharge fee of $AU10 per alteration. Please ensure all information supplied is as final as possible, eg. wedding invitation stationery wording and spelling. Once authorisation is signed and returned no alterations will be made.
Errors Any errors made by Precious Papers will be reprinted free of charge. However, errors made by the client, including those that have been approved, will be paid for by the client. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all wording and spelling are correct before signing the authorisation. Once authorisation is signed no liability will be held by Precious Papers for incorrect wording or spelling.
Colours and Finish While every care has been taken to ensure accurate reproduction, the colour and finish of goods may appear slightly different to the onscreen version.
Delivery Charges All deliveries are made via Australia Post. Regular Post within Australia and Regular Air Mail for Overseas orders. If you require extra cover (formerly known as Insurance), please feel free to request it, a quote will be emailed to you and your parcel will be sent via Australia Post Registered Mail. Opting for registered mail helps eliminate internet fraud and ensures that your parcel reaches its destination with peace of mind.
